We are dedicated to ensuring your space feels perfect, and our team is here to help if a piece isn't quite the right fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold your textiles and place them back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
